after the super rushed and borderline-impatient phone conversation I had to book the appointment, I took the entire day off to wait for the 1-5pm offered time-frame to get window screen measurements. at 12:11pm someone called me versus buzzed my apartment where I was waiting for them. then I called them back 20minutes later, and the guy (with an attitude) said he had just left the area. I told him we had a 1pm-5pm window and he got agitated and said that he showed up - even though my exact address was provided and never attempted to be reached/buzzed. he then offered to try to send someone else and call me back
